Two solutions for sand preparation
AER-A-MIX modifies the mulling principle of the Speedmullor. Pneumatic additive injection feeds additives at low pressure directly into the sand while it is being mixed.
AER-A-MIX and conversion
Intensive aerators in place of the mulling wheels, and conversion in the field of Speedmullors 100B and 85B.
Pneumatic additive injection
Additives and new sand weighed and injected at 1 to 1.5 bar into the sand while it is being mixed.
